Call Centre & Customer Management Expo 2010

Location: NEC, Birmingham

REGISTER HERE to book your place to attend the ProtoCall One workshop on "The impact of Social Media on the contact centre - opportunity or risk?" that takes place as part of CC Expo in Birmingham on 21st September 2010. The workshop will tackle specific issues faced by contact centre operators around the impact of social media including:

  • the danger that uncontrolled customer dialogues create for company brand and reputation
  • why social media is relevant to tackling customer services issues and how this impacts the contact centre
  • case studies of how contact centres are successfully using social media in their business
  • tools and techniques that the contact centre can use to monitor and record social media interactions – which impacts brand perception and ultimately ROI?

The format will be interactive and participatory including discussion groups to share ideas and expertise with your peers. To get some background on the rise of social media might impact your operation, you can download our white paper here.

To make the most of your time on the day of the workshop, Call Centre Expo offers a range of other activities including an exhibition and the European Contact Centre Awards (ProtoCall One sits on the judging panel).

In addition, we will be running a free Consultancy Clinic, so whilst you are at the show you can meet with us to discuss how to achieve excellence in your contact centre. Whilst walk-in meetings will be available on the day, to make the best use of your time at the event, please book your meeting slot in advance by emailing our marketing team with your situation, questions and preferred meeting day and time and we will confirm by return.

We look forward to seeing you at CC Expo 2010!
