ProtoCall One expands management team with appointment of new marketing manager
ProtoCall One, the leading Genesys contact centre solutions and consultancy provider, has announced the appointment of Sarah Courbet into the newly created position of marketing manager.
Sarah has 19 years of marketing experience working in managerial roles for leading client companies and marketing agencies. During the last seven years Sarah has also held senior marketing roles at IT outsource services company ITNET (now Serco) and disaster recovery and business continuity company, SunGard Availability Services.
With a track record of performance, in her previous position as direct marketing manager with SunGard Sarah drove business development forward to deliver increased lead generation and higher attendance at events, along with establishing a successful telemarketing team and development of the company's sales and marketing database.
Sarah will be responsible for driving ProtoCall One's marketing activity to ensure that the business' aggressive growth plans are supported and achieved, with a revenue growth target of 55% set for 2008. Sarah will report directly to Steve Robertson, sales and marketing director for ProtoCall One.
Sarah Courbet, marketing manager, ProtoCall One commented:
