ProtoCall One appoints Chris Rodwell to head up Business Intelligence practice
ProtoCall One, the leading Genesys contact centre solutions and consultancy provider, has announced the appointment of Chris Rodwell as head of its recently established business intelligence (BI) practice. ProtoCall One's BI practice capitalises on its experience in delivering solutions based on Genesys' Customer Interaction Management platform to focus on the BI needs of the contact centre industry.
Chris has nearly 30 years of experience working in senior sales and marketing positions across a range of IT hardware and software vendors. Prior to joining ProtoCall One, Chris was director of sales and marketing for Datawatch International, a global provider of business intelligence, enterprise reporting, data transformation and service management solutions. During Chris's six years with Datawatch, he was responsible for sales across Europe, Middle East, South Africa and Australia and achieved major customer wins including blue-chip names such as HBoS, Allied Irish Bank and the BBC.
Chris brings his extensive knowledge of business intelligence solutions and his expertise in helping customer service and contact centres to easily distribute, share and analyse information from across the enterprise, to help organisations manage their businesses more effectively.
ProtoCall One has also recently announced that it has become a member of the Oracle PartnerNetwork and will be focused on Oracle Business Intelligence Suite Enterprise Edition Plus. The BI practice recently established by ProtoCall One is a key part of the business growth strategy which has also included the addition of a new workforce optimisation (WFO) practice.
