ProtoCall One signs partnership agreement with QlikTech
ProtoCall One, a leading contact centre solutions and consultancy provider, has signed a partnership agreement with the world's fastest-growing Business Intelligence (BI) software vendor1 QlikTech, to re-sell their QlikView software which has rapidly gained market acceptance as an intuitive, quick deployment BI offering.
Through working with QlikTech, ProtoCall One now offers a wide range of Performance Management solutions for contact centres, with vendors including Oracle and Informiam from Genesys. ProtoCall One has recently formalised its dedicated Business Intelligence (BI) practice with the appointment of Chris Rodwell, who was previously director of sales and marketing for BI provider Datawatch International. The new BI practice offers consultancy and packaged solutions designed specifically to help contact centres improve performance by better harnessing the vast amount of information available.
QlikView has 8,500 customers worldwide and is designed to work similar to how the human mind works through making associations by connecting data from many sources in a few clicks.
