ProtoCall One project delivery process is based upon the Stanford Advanced Project Management Program. This provides a detailed step by step process to ensure not only successful project delivery, but also ongoing success through our client's use of the solution.

Each of the high level phases in a project is broken down to many individual steps and activities. Throughout the whole process the client is engaged at both a business and technical level.

The Steps to Success Process is designed so that it spans sales, actual project delivery and on-going business as usual support. By doing this we can ensure that the whole process of delivering and maintaining the solution is cohesive. For example Prepare is in part delivered by the sales support team as well as the core project team. Also you won't find the normal handover between sales and project; instead you will see the same person that designed the solution during the sale remaining with the solution throughout the project delivery.
