Technical Project Management
Our experience over the years have led us to the conclusion that Call Centre technology project managers not only need good methodologies, procedures and documentation, but also a good technical grasp of what it being undertaken. That's why on our own projects we always use a project manager that has both the project management experience as well as the relevant technical knowledge.
We recognise that not all project managers have this mix of skills. That's why we also make our Technical Project Managers available in their own right to join other project teams.
