Vacancy for Resource Planning Consultant
Role:
ProtoCall One is recruiting for an experienced call centre resource planning professional from an operational background to join our Genesys workforce management consulting practice. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years experience in using one of the leading Workforce Management tools (Witness/Blue Pumpkin, IEX, Aspect, Genesys).
The role will initially involve delivering Genesys workforce management training packages to end users. These are operational and not technical courses. Over time the role will develop into delivering standard and bespoke consultancy, best practice advice, training and user group support. The role will also involve the development of new training courses and consulting best practice.
Key Skills/Experience Required:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to deliver training and workshops
- Excellent written skills to compile reports and documents
- Proven track record in workforce forecasting and planning
- Experience in use of call centre WFM tools (Genesys would be beneficial)
- Self motivated and self managed
- Critical thinking
- Experience of change management would be beneficial
